In London, the airspace is closed because of a computer failure and hundreds of flights coming in and out of Heathrow will be diverted. These outages expected to cause severe delays.

It is confirmed that its a problem at NATS' air traffic control centre at Swanwick:

"NATS can confirm that a technical problem has been reported at Swanwick air traffic control centre," they said. "We apologise for any delays and our incident response team has been mobilised. Every possible action is being taken to assist in resolving the situation and to confirm the details."


UPDATE: Technical issue has been resolved as operations return to normal

London air spaces are closed for the fog and mist environment. It i the danger for the lives of the passengers and pilots. It is the recommended and protection is ensured.
