September 2013 Valve unveiled the Steam Controller with dual trackpads for its next-gen Steam Machines. Accompanying the Steam controller, Valve has announced it will release a new product called Steam Link in November and for $49.99. This will be the same price as Valve's Steam Controller which also will be released in November.

Steam Link as Valve puts it will "extend your Steam experience to any room in the house." Valve states that the Steam controller "is a higher-bandwidth haptic information channel than exists in any other consumer product that we know of,” Valve said. “As a parlour trick they can even play audio waveforms and function as speakers.” The Steam Controller will have two large, concave trackpads with buttons labeled A, B, X and Y. The trackpads will be clickable with two shoulder buttons located on the back just like a PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 controller.

Steam Link will work with PCs, Mac and Linux computers to stream content within the home network from Steam to the device. The specifications for the Steam Link includes supporting 1080p resolution at 60 Hz "with low latency." Valve says there will be several boxes covering “an array of specifications, price, and performance." Valve mentions that the Steam Machines will have a price "at the same price point as game consoles, with higher performance."

I like seeing these ads and their pictures and i am feeling great that i am getting so much about the computer accessories here. And these ads can be useful for me and i can really understand the real prices of all these things. And i am also making my mind for purchasing one of these items.

That controller is too old for now. There are a lot of other modern new things.
